3dmaskave and ROI analyses is what I have been doing. One question, though: since the 3dAnova3 output gives differences in cluster sizes between two groups in terms of voxel numbers, does it seem appropriate to use Voxel count for ROI analyses, or shall I use effect size as parameter estimates?
