I just realized that the output from this should be a row file. The reason I questioned this is because I keep getting this error when I run the 1deval:

3dTfitter is complete
** Time series file Data/FAcoding.1D is too short!

However... when I look at these 1D files they have the same length. So I don't understand what the problem is.

I'm hoping you can help me with this.
