Hi All -
I am a novice AFNI user and I am trying to make a mask using the following command:
3dcalc -a 201_1MRI+tlrc. -b TT_Daemon::116 -expr 'a * step(b)' -prefix roi_mask_area40
This command had previously worked for other members of our lab, but now I am getting an error stating:
FATAL ERROR: can't open dataset 201_1MRI+tlrc.
I am certain that my 201_1MRI+tlrc.HEAD file is in the same folder from which I am trying to run the command. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the version of AFNI that we are currently using (AFNI_2005_12_30_0934). Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
