AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Yes, masking would avoid some unnecessary computations. Also you can increase the threshold number of nonzero values to save runtime. For example, in your case you could change from 20 to 25.

That's a little weird because I failed to duplicate such an error here. Get the most recent version of 3dMEMA here: [afni.nimh.nih.gov], and see if it would be fixed. Be realized that this new version will also have a new option to detect outliers at individual subject level, plus the capability to include covariates in the model.

I also failed to get on my computer your error message associated with multiple jobs. What kind of system are you running? I just saw somebody who had a similar problem on Debian, but no solution was shown there:
