Greetings,

I would like to make a computation that shows if there is ROI activation for a specific regressor in a single group.

I was intending to use 3dttest, but wanted to ask which would be more appropriate to compare regressor (fear) vs baseline.

First option: 3dttest -base1 0 -set2 `cat list.of.normal.control.fear.files+tlrc` -prefix Controls.Fear_Versus_0

Second option: 3dttest -set1 `cat list.of.normal.control.ERRTs.files+tlrc` -set2 `cat list.of.normal.control.fear.files+tlrc` -prefix Controls.Fear_Versus_Errts

Which option would be appropriate to calculate Fear versus Baseline for a single group.
