AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I ran my afni_proc_py script and found an error message during the 3Ddeconvolve stage. The error message reads "-polort: Command not found". What is puzzling to me is that in my afni_proc_py script, it says explicitly to use “-polort 5”. There is also an error message in the results folder called “3dDeconvolve.err” which reads” *+ WARNING: Input polort=1; Longest run=676.2 s; Recommended minimum polort=5” I am confused about this discrepancy since my script defines a values of 5 and am wondering what I should do. Could this be a potential problem with using dmBlock functions?

Thanks for any advice!

Sven

PS: I have attached my afni_proc_py script if that helps....
