Hi,
I have some spm anat files and i used to3d to convert them to afni:
to3d -prefix afni_name analyze_name.hdr
but the orientations are all wrong. The original hdr files are also wrong...Axial view produces sagittal, Sagittal view produces coronal (tipped so that top of the head is pointing leftwards), and Coronal view produces axial, also rotated such that the eyeballs are pointing to the left.
I tried various -orient combinations in to3d but was not able to produce a correctly oriented image. Any suggestions?
