Hi Srikanth,

You can just use 3dDeconvolve for this. Run it with the -x1D
option, along with -x1D_stop. That will create the X-matrix
having a bunch of AM2 regressors.

Then extract the columns you want with 1dcat, and manipulate
at will.

So essentially, 3dDeconvolve is doing the job of waver; it
creates the regressors of interest. Then run it again without
any AM2 regressors, but adding your own combined regressor.

Does that seem reasonable?
