I've been getting the following error
FATAL ERROR: '-stim_times 1' trying to over-write previous stimulus?! [nopt=13]
when using the -stim_times tent function while running 3dDeconolve with the -nodata option.
Here is my syntax for the first stimulus file:
3dDeconvolve \
-nodata 64 1.5 \
-polort 3 \
-num_stimts 8 \
-stim_file 1 "RSF.stim.hifreq.hicnst.hisensmo.${iter}.1D" \
-stim_times 1 "stim_times_runs" 'tent(0,15,9)' \
-stim_label 1 "111" \
If you could let me know what is going wrong, I'd appreciate it.
