Using AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 on Mac OS X 10.6.1, I'm attempting to use the "Draw Dataset" plugin to load TT Atlas regions.

However, the loaded structures aren't lining up on the anatomicals I'm using. Please see attached for jpgs of what the hippocampi and insula look like.

As for the anatomicals, I used @auto_tlrc to normalize/align to the TT_N27+tlrc template and didn't get any errors in the process.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
