AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear Ziad,

Thanks kindly for your response.

To confirm, using tent will ultimately give me the HRF beginning at the time specified in stim_times. So, if I want to treat the times in stim_times as the beginning of 4 sec blocks and extract the HRF from the end of these blocks, I need to either add 4 to the times in the stim_times files, or ignore the first 2 TR (TR=2sec) in the HRF time series output and make it longer to capture the duration I want.

Does that sound right?

Also, do you know if there is a way to combine conditions via -iresp?

Thanks,
Marc
