AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I've encountered the following error when running Dimon on a single participant' t2 files:

DICOM ERROR: oversize length=294912 in element (7fe0,0010)

I only get the error for one image out of the 174 images taken for the block/run, all the other dicom files are recognized by both Dimon and to3d. Also no problem with the 5 other blocks of t2 images. This leads me to believe the image might be corrupted somehow. If it is, what could I do, if it isn't what other options should I try?
