Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

I followed your previous post and the following command gets close to a sensible image:

to3d -epan -skip_outliers -assume_dicom_mosaic -datum short -orient RAI -time:zt 29 174 2000 alt+z 3Ds:0:0:64:64:29:'*.IMA'

however, the images are not listed in acquisition order, hence the previous use of Dimon, so is there a way to integrate it in the command somehow, or do I need to manually rename the files?
