Hi Rick,
Sorry for not being clear enough. I am able to use the threshold tool, but I am not able to use "interactive" thresholding, meaning that I can't have T- or F-statistical data and have SUMA display the p- or q-values. This is the case even when I use a program like 3dBucket or 3dFDR to output the 1D files, which append the type of headers to the 1D file as I showed in my last post.
I hope that describes my question a bit better. Right now I am exporting data in the format of '1-q' so that I can use an absolute threshold of say 0.95 to look at surface vertices with q-values of 0.05 or less. What I'd like to do is have a column of t- or f-statistics and then have it update the p- and q-values dynamically in the viewer, and I just want to check if that's possible.
I'm guessing SUMA may not have the statistical datatypes like Afni 3d datasets, but I'm wondering whether this is possible after seeing some of the ascii header output to 1D files from 3dFDR.
Thanks again,
John
