so, then, maybe similar to what Srikanth was asking, how can we run t-tests only on clusters that are significant in the whole-brain anova, rather than using whole-brain t-tests? This is what the reviewers for one paper were asking.

Would it be possible to add the -mask option in 3dttest? it would help immensely. Or how do we use 3dcalc for this purpose?
