thanks a lot for the suggestion about 3dcalc. We tried it out and it seems easy to implement, but what's happening is that clusters that are significant in the whole brain F map and that are present in the whole brain t-tests disappear once we use a mask (made from the f map) in the t-tests. I am not sure why. Only the clusters that are present in the t-test but that are not present in the F map should be eliminated.
Do you see anything wrong with our lines? Thank you in advance.
