I am using Alphasim for group analysis and have a couple of questions. I have completed the following steps and want to make sure I am doing things correctly
1) Created a mask from the template used for @auto_tlrc
2) Ran "3dresample -dxyz 3.75 3.75 3.54" on the mask to convert the mask to the orig voxel size of the functional data
3) Estimated FWHM using 3dFWHMx on the errts+orig data and average across all subjects
4) Ran "AlphaSim -mask resamp_automask+tlrc. -iter 1000 -rmm 3.75 -pthr .001 -fwhmx 8.78 -fwhmy 6.85 -fwhmz 6.51"
The results showed that at p<.05 the cluster size should be 20 voxels. Therefore do I use 20 for vmul in the clusterize GUI? Or do I need to multiple 20 by the original resolution with was (3.75 x 3.75 x 3.54)?
Are there any changes I need to make to steps 1-4?
