Thank you very much for your reply. If I understand correctly, I use the rating values as a modulator for the condition in question and marry the modulator with the onset times of the condition.

What I haven't gotten yet, though, is how I can contrast just the modulators of condition 1 and condition 2 by using -gltsym. How can I specify just the conditions or just the modulators in this contrast?
