Hi Jana,

The -allzero_OK is a convenience option so that people can apply
the same list of regressors to all subjects, and get the same
sub-brick list in the output datasets (rather than having to
think about which subjects have different sub-brick lists).

So what you are doing looks good, except that you shouldn't need
to stick the -1 in the empty file. If there are no stimuli, it
should be sufficient to use just '*'.
