AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

OK, so SUMA is running fine on your computer, save for the mild Notice.

I assume then that you do see surfaces on your screen with the first suma command you typed:

suma -spec N27_both_tlrc.spec -sv TT_N27+tlrc

AND that afni has access to the dataset TT_N27+tlrc (i.e. you can look at it in AFNI). If that is the case, then you should be able to press 't' in SUMA and have it send the surfaces to AFNI.

You really should go through the class notes for using SUMA:
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]
before you go any further.

You can also get the course data to try the commands in the document:
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]
under Class Setup

cheers,
ziad
