Hello to all,

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I am relatively new to R, and it wasn't clear to me how to execute command line statements within the "myCmds.R" file you specify above. In bash, I would think that this would be something like an "eval" statement, but I wasn't sure how this might be expressed in R.
