Dear AFNI experts,
I want to calculate the voxelwise correlation coefficient between functional connectivity and blood test result. The main steps are as follows:
1. Get the z-map of Default mode network using GIFT individual;
2. Concatenate all subjects z-map to a 4D image data using 3dTcat program;
3. Generate a 1D file with the blood test result in the same order with the 4D functional connectivity z-map.
4. Calculate the voxelwise correlation coefficient between the function connectivity and blood test result using 3dfim+ program.
I am not sure if it is correct. If not, how to calculate it with AFNI?
