AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

This is the dawning age of aquarius (musical reference)....

You will probably also need to change the leading number in the "dim" field to change the number of dimensions from 5 to 4, set the size of each dimension and the units for the dimensions including your new time dimension and remove any existing AFNI extension too.

nifti_tool -mod_hdr -mod_field dim "4 80 80 33 152 1 1 1" -prefix buckettime.nii -infile bucket.nii
nifti_tool -rm_ext ALL -overwrite -infile bucketime.nii
nifti_tool -mod_hdr -mod_field pixdim "1.0 2.75 2.75 3.0 2.0 1.0 0.0 0.0" -overwrite -infile buckettime.nii
nifti_tool -mod_hdr -mod_field xyzt_units 10 -overwrite -infile buckettime.nii
