Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

the script seems like it is reading the data correctly. Is the xinit error related to R

HI Gang,
I was using 3 subjects in each group simply to test the Script. I have 3 groups all with more than 20 subjects. I have acquired a single resting scan for each subject and computed Z-score coverted pearson correlation maps from a single ROI for each subject (input files). The goal is to compare all 3 groups using all combinations (g1 vs g2, g2 vs g3, g1 vs g3) while covarying for age

Thanks Gang.
Installing R version 3.6.3 appears to work. Looks like it is reading the data appropriately for MVM analysis. However, I am getting the following error:
Error in xinit : object 'xinit' not found

Hello,
I am having trouble running 3dMVM and get the following error upon running the script I have created. Any help you could provide regarding overcoming this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I am examining seed based functional connectivity for a group of participants across two separate scan sessions. My goal is to use 3dABoverlap to compute % positive correlation voxels that are common across both scans.
I used 3dcalc to create a mask of positive correlation voxels with the seed location, thresholded at p < 0.005 uncorrected using:
3dcalc -a input_file -prefix ou

I have used 3dROIstats to compute the number of non-zero voxels contained within a region-of-interest mask. I am wondering if there is a way to further compute the number of non-zero voxels within this mask that exceed a given size parameter (e.g., 1 mL contiguous). In other words, I would like to compute the number of non-zero voxels only if there are a total of approx. 296 adjoining voxels (at

Hello,
I am wondering if using 3dclustsim or ETAC for cluster-sized thresholding is appropriate for determining significant voxels of diffusion MRI data (i.e., conventional metrics such as FA or MD, or more advanced metrics such as NODDI parameters). I have tried implementing the -Clustsim option into 3dttest++ and find very elevated cluster size threshold values (e.g., NN3-2sided cluster siz

Thanks Rick. Adding indices to the -diff argument fixed the issue.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your feedback. I did have a "\" following the last line. I removed it but that did not resolve the issue. Same error.

Thanks in advance for your help with this issue.
I am attempting to run 3dANOVA for comparing a single measure across 3 groups (grp1, grp2, grp3) but I encounter the following error. Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

Here's hoping these excerpts from '3dANOVA -help' enlighten:
