I've tried to include the same vVar file across both levels of Valence now so that there are not two levels. However, now it seems that the dimensions of the data frame of off?
I receive this error:

Hi All,
I am trying to model a single voxel-wise covariate the depends on the within subject factor. Is it that there is only one, one-level vVar allowed?
This is the error I received:
** Error:
Error with voxel-wise covariate BChange: Each subject is only
allowed to have one volume; that is, the covariate has to be at the
subject level.

Hi Gang,
This is the output. Is this an issue since we are running Mac OS X 10.9?

Hi All! I'm having the same issue.
Everything seems to be the same though.
afni -ver Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014

I also tried the other suggestions and get the same responses, aside from the version of AFNI.

Hello,
I am interested in doing a regression in which I determine brain regions being increasingly modulated by a factor in a linear fashion. Each subject was shown 8 different stimuli. I have run the individual glm and obtained a beta for each of those stimuli for each subject. My first attempt was to put specify each subject (belonging to one of two groups) in 3dMEMA using the subbrik se

Hello!
I am attempting to bucket a set of subbriks from a 3dDeconvolve output that used individual modulation to model the HRF on a trial by trial basis including only correct trials. Since performance was not 100% across all subjects, I'd like to bucket the subbriks following a pattern (i.e., *test*). Is there a way to script this?

Hello,
I was hoping there was a way to clusterize data in the same manner I set a threshold, etc when using the afni driver. I don't see a command in the README.driver documentation. Is there a way to do this with 3dClust and pass that into the driver?

I have simplified my structure and am still receiving the following error. I have checked all 4 listed impossibles. And can't come up with an explanation. Sorry to bother you with seemingly trivial questions, but this is the first we've used this program in our lab.

I tried it again. 3dresample -inset -master -prefix \ worked this time. Sorry about the bother.

Hello,
I have run 3dLME and created a mask with the interaction I am interested in. When applying the mask and using 3dmaskave (also tried 3dROIstats) to an iresp file to get an average hrf value for each time point per individual i get an error telling me the mask and individual data are mismatched. I find this disconcerting since the individual data is the same input data for this 3dLME.

there are 13 time points and 13 subjects in each group. perhaps that is the issue.

Sorry to bother you again.
There seems to be an issue in the Model?
1, 2 and 3 don't seem to be an issue?
However, 4 may be an issue? Though, i'm only modeling one wsVar...

Dr. Chen,
Am I correct in understanding that the following script models Group*Condition*Time?
That is the intended model like Example 3 in the 3dMVM documentation.
However, I keep getting this error. Thanks for the help!

Thanks Dr. Chen. I've been trying to find the best approach. That seems to fit the model perfectly.
