I'm not so sure what you mean by removing the effect of the behavioral measures. If you put a variable in a model, the effect from that variable is accounted for. If that's not what you're looking for, what is it???

Aside from the question you're asking, actually when I take a close look at what you said before, I feel something is not quite right. You have 8 blocks from each subject, but is this a group analysis with multiple subjects? If so, 3dRegAna is not the right tool for that.

You analyzed each block as a separate regressor at individual level? Was the behavioral measure acquired at each block level?
