however among the binaries that do work, such as 3dvolreg, only 1 thread is being used. I assume this is apart of afni?
this error seems like a linking error that should be fixable if compiled from source.
I'm trying to use the makefile from 10.6 to compile, as it seems to play nicer...
It seems the big issue is linking the right libraries.
