afni.nimh.nih.gov

Hi,

I am trying to use uber_subject.py.

I am running afni on mac os x 10.7. Python: 2.7. I have installed XCode version 4.6.2.

I used the instructions here: [afni.nimh.nih.gov]
to install afni and got it to work fine. However, uber_subject.py is still not functioning.

I have read through a previous thread on this here: [afni.nimh.nih.gov] But this thread has not so far solved my problem.

Any help with successfully getting uber_subject to run would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
