Hi All,

I am having issues with using 3dvolreg for motion correction on Diffusion weighted imaging data. I've attached images of raw dicom before any preprocessing, and after motion correction using 3dvolreg and mcflirt(of FSL). As you can see there is some change in background(and possibly brain) intensity. And it appears to be somewhat lesser in the case of mcflirt compared to 3dvolreg. Any reason why this happens?
