AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

When we run our research studies, we also acquire a DTI sequence and an anatomical image as part of our fMRI protocol, thus the archive CD has in addition to the fMRI runs also a DTI sequence and a volumetric file.

When I use the command

dimon -infile_pattern '/Volumes/REBECCA/08181727/*' -dicom_org -show_sorted_list -quit

dimon shows me all the sequences ("runs") 2,6,10,14,15 and 19. But when I try to make a dataset using the command

dimon -infile_pattern '/Volumes/REBECCA/08181727/*' -dicom_org -gert_create_dataset

I am only getting the first three runs (2,6,10) which are fMRI sequences. It appears dimon is getting confused when encountering the DTI sequence (run 14). How can I get the runs 15 (fMRI) and run 19 (voumetric T1)?

Many thanks - Otto
