Hi folks,
I'm using afni_proc.py script to analyze some data. I found that the skullstrip step is getting rid of too much brain for one subject (out of 10). So I read about 3dSkullStrip and found an option -push-to-edge that seems to help with my problem.
I ran the 3dSkullStrip command in isolation to find this out. My question is, is it possible to give push-to-edge as an option in the aling_epi_ant.py script--which I think is the place in the proc.py script that actually called the skullstripping routines. I can't find it with the help. If not, how would I incorporate my modified skull stripping result into the flow of code in the proc.py script?
Thank you very much,
