Hi Ranjan,

I do not have to much to add beyond Isaac's
good response.

Maybe you should explain why you care to
have the exact same voxel grids.

If you are trying to do something with a set
of anatomical ROIs, we typically resample
them to the EPI grid, leaving the EPI grid
reasonably close to the original resolution.
So you would run 3dresample on the ROI
dataset to match it to the EPI.

Would you provide more detail about your
intentions?
