hello,
I've a question on displaying my tracts using SUMA.

Along with T1.gii and my tract, I want to place ROIs in the same picture.
(The ROIs I used in 3dTrackID to make the tract)
In this case, should I make these ROIs into gii file and give multiple -i option (like -i T1.gii -i ROI1.gii )?
or is there other ways to do it?

In addition, if I want to see the whole brain tractography (probably based on the whole brain uncertainty map used for 3dTrackID),
what should I do for it?
