AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

I'm just restarting this thread because I'm dealing with some new sparse sampling design data and would like some help. First, is there a "standard" way that you've developed to deal with these gaps in the acquisition? If not, can you please outline (or send me a link to documentation) your current feelings on the best way to analyze these data?

Here are some details of my design:

trial length = 24 seconds
acquisition time/trial = 18 seconds
silent period/trial = 6 seconds
TR = 2 seconds
run length = 33 trials

So, we have 594 seconds of acquired data taking place over a period of 792 seconds.

Thanks for your advice,
Adam
