I did not use "afni_proc.py". Following your groups' slide demonstration, I simply wrote and edited the 3dDeconlve script my self, something like below.

I never got any alarm with my script running. Any ideas to find that potential warning? How can I get the file "out.cormat_warn.txt"? How to generate @ss_review_driver?
