History of AFNI updates

Hi Kate,

Okay, I made some updates to allow for just
using the regress block with these options.

Note that adding the mask block for ANATICOR
might not be the best way to go, since you have
declared that FSWe is the eroded white matter.

Rather, add "-regress_anaticor_label FSWe" to
specify that mask for ANATICOR.

Also, motion parameter regression is probably a
good idea, so consider using -regress_motion_file
to pass an existing motion file to afni_proc.py.

We will do a build tonight, then you can consider
updating your AFNI binaries.
