AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

HI, Rick,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I do not use afni_proc.py or uber_subject.py to analyze the single subject data. But I have the brainmask for each subject. Does it mean the input should be the group_based mask? Then what I should use for the input? I guess that the input consists of all the subjects individual masks. Am I correct?

For my case, each subject has the corresponding structure file, such as: subj1_Brainmask+tlrc. subj2_Brainmask+tlrc. subj3_Brainmask+tlrc. I do not know how to use them as the input....

Any good pointers?

Thank you very much
