Ok, I find a way to do it but I don't know why...
based on the idea that the transformation from 3dNwarpApply was false...
# apply catenated xform: volreg/epi2anat/tlrc/NLtlrc
# then apply non-linear standard-space warp

...I tried other combination with the .1D file.
It appear that it work perfectly with anatT1_deob_shft.1D instate of anatT1_deob_shft_al2std_mat.aff12.1D but I have no idea why?
I choose the warp based on @Install_MACAQUE_DEMO
I am going to test that on the other animal now and let you know.
