Yes, there is an arbitrary limit of 100 independent variables (columns)
in program 3dRegAna. This is easily changed. (The limit for the number of
input datasets (rows) is 1000.)

Would it be possible to give a brief explanation of what the different
factors, and factor levels, represent?
