Hi Darren,

The most likely reason that you cannot "See TT Atlas Regions" is that you
are not in "Talairach View". More specifically, you need to have a Talairach
dataset, not just be in the Talairach View. Since you are looking at an FSL
dataset, it is probably in original view orientation.

This would be the same reason that you cannot load the TT regions in the
Draw Dataset plugin. At some point, afni needs to be able to go from the
dataset in question, to one in Talairach space.

If you want some information about getting a dataset mapped into Talairach
space, go to [afni.nimh.nih.gov] and read through
class #8.
