Came across this old message posted by Jim Eliassen and tried to link to the 2 websites mentioned here. I guess the sites are different now. Could you please point me to the correct site, Jim? I have been trying to normalize my +orig structurals to the MNI152 brain with FLIRT as well as I used the mritotal and mincreample tools offfered my MINC normalizing my +orig structural to the average305 brain.

Using 3dAFNItoANALYZE and the MINC commands and then using 3dANALYZEtoAFNI (have been now advised by Bob to use 3dcopy instead of 3dANALYZEtoAFNI) gives me a "tlrc" brain which is 172*220*156 (1*1*1) voxels. Using FLIRT gives me an orig brain which is 91*109*91 (2*2*2) voxels. (Of course my templates are different and hence different results).

Also, the MNI template is larger I guess and hence the result with the tlrc brain. How do I use this technique then to work with functional data as I would be getting a hdr and an img file for every time point in the time series?
