AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Christine,

You may be out of luck. It is likely that the acpc ROIs do not have
any warp data.

If you crated an ROI in orig mode and warped it to acpc mode
(aligning it with the old anat parent) and saved that dataset, then you
could probably warp back to the orig mode, and apply the new warp
to get the acpc ROI that you want.

However, if you have only the acpc ROI dataset, then it will probably
not have the warp data.

To verify this, you might:
grep WARP_DATA my_ROI+acpc.HEAD

If this shows anything you are probably okay. Sorry, I don't know of
any more elegant way to check this.

One suggestion though, do not delete anything until you hear from
someone more knowledgeable about this than myself (like Dr. Cox),
or at least back up any directory before fiddling with the data in it. :)
