AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have been reluctant to respond to this question with hoping somebody else would say something.

Assume that you had added enough 0's at beginning to reflect the number (4?) of runs and that you had changed the number of 1's and -1's when you switched from max_lag of 4 to 3. I feel the results are very strange since such a small change of max_lag usually would not lead to a different contrast results. But, without knowing the experiment design and other details, it is hard to say anything about the situation.
