Hi Aimee,

Since the 31MB filesize was twice what was expected,
I went to look at your message from the other thread. It
shows that you have 240 time points, not 120. The 240
would match a set of 4-byte images for a ~31MB file. Do
you think that is correct?

Assuming that is correct (by the way, did you try those
file_tool commands, what is the output?), there are 4
probable candidates for the to3d command, and only 2
if you check the byte swapping via the GUI:

The probable winner:

to3d -epan -prefix new_name -xFOV 100.0R-L -yFOV 100.0A-P -time:zt 240 8 2000 seq+z 3Di:0:0:64:64:1920:name_of_file.std

Next best guess:

to3d -epan -prefix new_name -xFOV 100.0R-L -yFOV 100.0A-P -time:zt 240 8 2000 seq+z 3Df:0:0:64:64:1920:name_of_file.std

In either case, if you see the outline of a brain, but it
still looks fuzzy, try the byte swap button.
