Jim,
Sorry about the terminology confusion. O.K. by clicking off the autorange function button for the 1dclust_order BRIK and setting it to 1, the visual activation patterns are the same between the 1clust and 1clust_order views. Good.
What determines the autorange? It was set at 24. Does this value repesent the level at which my original cluster criteria (i.e., F=4.89, rmm=7, & vmm=663) are met?
Should I refer to this order sub-BRIK (i.e., the -1tindex) when using 3dclust and use 24 as my -1thresh value?
Or, if I am to refer to the f-value associated with the activation data what criteria do I use? [ I have tried f=4.89, it doesn't seem to work. (see 3dclust code below)
Sample script:
3dclust -1dindex 3 -1tindex 5 -1thresh 4.89 7 663 \
Habit_GrpNegPos_p03R7V663masc+tlrc > ./StatsFiles/Table_Grpmasc.txt
Relatedly, I also quickly tried using a variety of colour bar ranges for the activation BRIK to match the 1dclust_order pattern based on an autorange of 24. None of the values worked.
Sorry, for the long endless number of questions, but I've been trying to get this worked out for over a week. I've tried all sorts of variations. It seems as I am not able to get 3dclust ( and 3dROIstats) scripts to limit their output to those clusters identified using the autorange colourbar 1dclust_order clusters.
Desperate & Exhausted,
Darren
