Dear all,

As far as I know, I have to firstly co-register the MRI coordinate system with MEG coordinate system before I overlay the SAM results onto MRI images.

My question is that if I do not co-register them firstly and create cortical surface firstly, is there possible for SUAM to co-register the cortical surface coordinate system with MEG coordinate system laterly? And how to do that if it's possible?
