We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hello Ziad,

Thank you very much for your kind reply. Three more questions need your further instruction.

1. Could you please let me know which script can be used to align the functional data (MEG data) to the high resolution anatomical data in SUMA or AFNI?

2. In the second step you mentioned, is the ExpAnat same as the high resolution anatomical data in the first step?

3. If the alignement in the second step does not work, are there other ways to do that?
