I now have a 1D file that is a column of p values. However, 3dFDR does not generate an output file nor will it print to the screen when the "-prefix" flag is removed. My command line was:

3dFDR -prefix test -input1D p_values.1D

And the screen output was:

Reading input data: p_values.1D

Is this a bug in 3dFDR or am I making a dumb mistake?
