Graham, hello, de nouveau:
1- You are correct, the documentation is now a bit behind the code. I am most grateful for the feedback, no really. I am not joking! But it will be a while before I get to fix the pretty-picture documentation. In the meanwhile, use the -help for the main source of info.
2- I am surprised MakeColorMap is not in the distribution, I will look into this.
3- Point taken, as a matter of fact I removed them from a lot of other places.
4- Try a 20 Oz Hefe Weisse, it helps with many of the problems.
