AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

As you can see this directory has 17 afni Briks, out of which 'Area_func+orig' is the one I created using the Matlab function 'WriteBrik'. When I start afni, it is able to read 16 datasets but not 'Area_func+orig' brik. I am displaying you the output when I invoke afni.

Initializing: X11.. Widgets...... Input files:
*** DATASET error: have no warp but have no data on disk as well
PURGING dataset /home/srikanth/fmri_vishnu/sub_006/FMRI006/BRIKS/Normalised/Test_Mat/Area_func+tlrc.HEAD from memory

session # 1 = /home/srikanth/fmri_vishnu/sub_006/FMRI006/BRIKS/Normalised/Test_Mat/ ==> 16 datasets
dataset count = 16
Time series = 0 files read
++ WARNING: AFNI_PLUGINPATH not set; searching PATH

NLfit & NLerr= Found 16 models
Plugins = 46 libraries read
-orient = RAI

Let me know what I can do.

Thanks,
Srikanth.
